1. Who is responsible

The website almas.vc and the Telegram bot @gotomarketsaasbot (the “Service”) are operated by Nocodo LTD, which is the controller of the personal data described here.

2. What we collect

• Account. When you sign in with Telegram: your Telegram ID, username, name and profile photo. When you sign in with Google: your Google account ID, email address, name and profile photo. We never receive your Telegram or Google password.
• Purchases. Which course you bought, the amount, currency, payment provider, the provider's order reference, the time of payment and the email address you gave for the receipt. Card details are entered on the payment provider's page and never reach us.
• Learning activity. Lessons opened and completed, time spent reading, video playback position, and reviews you submit.
• Messages. What you write to the Telegram bot and our replies.
• Sessions and security. IP address, browser and device type, and the times of your sessions. On course pages we also record attempts to copy, save, print or screenshot material, to enforce the personal-access rule in the Terms.
• How you found us. The campaign or link that brought you to the site (for example, an advertising tag in the address).
• Usage analytics. Pages viewed and actions taken on the site, collected with Google Analytics and PostHog.

3. Why we use it

• To provide the courses you bought and remember your progress — performance of our contract with you.
• To take payment, send receipts and keep accounting records — contract and legal obligation.
• To answer your questions and send messages about your purchase or your account — contract.
• To protect course material and accounts from sharing and copying, to understand which lessons and campaigns work, and to improve the Service — our legitimate interest.
• To send news about courses through the Telegram bot. You can stop these at any time by blocking the bot or writing to us.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decisions with legal effect. Access is closed after repeated copying attempts as described in the Terms; you can ask us to review such a block.

4. Who receives it

We share data only with the providers that make the Service work, and only as far as each one needs:

• Creem — card payments in euro, as merchant of record; receives your email, name, billing country and the order.
• T-Bank — card payments in roubles; receives the order and the receipt email.
• Crypto Bot — cryptocurrency payments; receives the order.
• Telegram — sign-in and messages from the bot.
• Google — sign-in, and Google Analytics.
• PostHog — product analytics.
• Cloudflare — video streaming and image storage.
• Our hosting and email delivery providers.

Some of these providers process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, the transfer relies on the safeguards the provider offers, such as standard contractual clauses. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

5. Cookies

We set one essential cookie that keeps you signed in. Google Analytics and PostHog use their own cookies or browser storage to measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the sign-in cookie is needed to open paid lessons.

6. How long we keep it

• Account, purchases and progress — for as long as your account exists, since course access does not expire.
• Sign-in sessions — until 30 days after their last activity.
• Payment records — for as long as accounting and tax law requires, even after an account is deleted.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete your account and the data tied to it, to restrict or object to a particular use, or to receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time. Write to us using the contact below and we will answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority of the country where you live.

8. Children

The Service is intended for adults running or building a business. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

9. Changes

When this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new effective date.
